Oversee pharmacy operations and lead a retail pharmacy team in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. This role calls for a qualified Pharmacy Manager to maintain high standards of service, compliance, and profitability while fostering collaboration with store operations.

Position Type: Direct Hire
Hours: Approximately 69 hours bi-weekly
Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts: 9 am – 7 pm
• 11-hour shifts: 9 am – 8 pm
• 12-hour shifts: 8 am – 8 pm or 9 am – 9 pm
  Variable day and afternoon shifts, starting ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with store leadership to align pharmacy operations with company strategies and engage pharmacy associates.
• Verify prescription accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations through thorough drug utilization reviews and quality checks.
• Drive business growth by implementing clinical programs, including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM), while managing inventory and maximizing profitability.
• Align department metrics with performance objectives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide superior customer service, addressing medical inquiries and offering healthcare counseling.
• Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff, overseeing training, coaching, and discipline.
• Maintain pharmacy security and resolve customer concerns to build trust and loyalty.
• Liaise with healthcare providers and use reference resources to address prescription-related issues.
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and regulatory compliance within the pharmacy.
• Manage inventory tasks such as cycle counting, order tracking, and will-call management efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Valid Pennsylvania Immunization License
