Schedule:

  • Bi-Weekly Hours: 62
  • 10-hour shifts (typically 9 AM – 7 PM)
  • 11-hour shifts (typically 9 AM – 8 PM)
  • 12-hour shifts (either 8 AM – 8 PM or 9 AM – 9 PM)
  • Variable day and afternoon shifts available
    Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with store operations to align pharmacy goals with overall business strategies and promote associate engagement.
  • Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations through thorough reviews and quality assurance processes.
  • Drive business profitability by managing inventory, script growth, and implementing clinical programs such as immunization and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
  • Lead, train, and supervise pharmacists and pharmacy staff, fostering a positive work environment while managing performance and discipline.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing healthcare inquiries and resolving issues to enhance customer trust and loyalty.
  • Maintain pharmacy security, cleanliness, and organization while handling inventory controls including cycle counts and will-call orders.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and utilize reference materials to resolve prescription-related challenges effectively.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree
  • Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
  • Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
