A full-time Pharmacy Manager opportunity is available within a retail setting in Burnham, PA. This direct hire role involves leading pharmacy operations and driving business growth while ensuring excellent patient care and regulatory compliance.

Location:

  • Burnham, PA

Schedule:

  • Variable day and afternoon shifts
  • 10-hour shifts: 9am – 7pm
  • 11-hour shifts: 9am – 8pm
  • 12-hour shifts: 8am – 8pm or 9am – 9pm
  • Bi-weekly hours: 62

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with store operations to foster associate engagement and communicate company strategy effectively to pharmacy staff.
  • Oversee accuracy of all prescriptions through comprehensive Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance following state and federal regulations.
  • Manage pharmacy business performance, drive prescription growth, and implement clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management.
  • Coordinate inventory control through sales tracking and pharmaceutical ordering to meet customer demand and maximize profitability.
  • Align department performance with key metrics, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide exemplary customer service, addressing healthcare counseling and resolving customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Supervise pharmacists, associates, and support staff; oversee training, coaching, discipline, and development initiatives.
  • Maintain pharmacy security and a clean, organized environment.
  • Collaborate with physicians and use reference materials to resolve prescription issues.
  • Prioritize and oversee essential pharmacy tasks including cycle counts, inventory management, and will-call orders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree required
  • Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
  • Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
