A temporary-to-hire opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee daily pharmacy functions in a 300-bed regional medical center inpatient setting. This role supports the Director of Pharmacy by managing pharmacy operations to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary support to the Director of Pharmacy in managing all aspects of pharmacy operations.
• Oversee employee scheduling and staffing to maintain optimal coverage.
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly as they arise throughout the day.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to uphold high standards of patient care and safety.
• Utilize Cerner pharmacy systems for operational and clinical workflow management.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Proven experience in pharmacy management within an inpatient or hospital setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and daily pharmacy operations effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Cerner or similar pharmacy information systems.
