Pharmacy Manager in Vestal, NY

This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Manager to lead operations at a busy retail pharmacy location in Binghamton, NY. In this direct hire, full-time role, you will steer the pharmacy department toward operational excellence, business growth, and superior patient care. The position offers a variable day and afternoon shift schedule, requiring 62 hours bi-weekly, with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster collaboration and drive engagement among pharmacy associates, aligning team goals with company strategy.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in prescription filling through rigorous Drug Utilization Review and Quality Assurance processes.
• Manage inventory and sales tracking to meet customer demand and maximize profitability.
• Implement clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management to boost script growth.
• Supervise and develop pharmacy staff, providing training, coaching, and discipline as needed.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints to maintain high satisfaction and trust.
• Maintain pharmacy security and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Prioritize daily operational tasks including cycle counts, inventory management, and customer will-calls.

Ideal Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Active New York State Pharmacist License.
