Supervising Pharmacy Manager | Wapato, Washington

A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations in Wapato, WA. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a community-focused pharmacy serving a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery
• Manage pharmacy technicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment
• Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure all medications and supplies are properly stocked
• Keep detailed and compliant records in line with regulatory standards
• Support excellent patient care by promoting clear communication and attentive customer service
• Engage with the community, understanding and addressing their pharmacy needs

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with the ability and desire to manage pharmacy operations
• Management experience is preferred but not required; leadership potential is highly valued
• Strong communication skills with a warm and approachable personality
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus due to a large Spanish-speaking patient base but not mandatory
• Commitment to relocating to Wapato and investing in this community’s health and well-being

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

This permanent position presents a rewarding career path with a salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 annually. Candidates must be open to relocating to the Wapato area to ensure a stable and long-term presence within the community.
