Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage pharmacy staff, facilitating daily operations and maintaining workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor medication distribution and inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize pharmacotherapy and patient care.
  • Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures aligned with hospital guidelines.

Desired Experience:
