Home Infusion Supervising Pharmacy Manager | Westerville, Ohio

An established home infusion pharmacy is seeking an experienced manager to lead daily operations and clinical services for safe, home-based intravenous therapies. Location: Near Columbus, OH (specific city disclosed during vetting)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Administrative on-call with schedule flexibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory management
• Lead recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and on-call scheduling for pharmacists and technicians
• Ensure compliance with State Board of Pharmacy regulations and USP compounding guidelines
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize patient clinical outcomes
• Participate in budgeting, workflow optimization, and business performance initiatives

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license valid in Ohio
• 5-7 years of clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy settings
• Strong expertise in IV admixture services, regulatory standards, and leadership
• Experience with CPR+ or CareTend systems highly preferred
