Supervising Pharmacy Manager - Westerville, Ohio

Lead pharmacy operations and clinical services for home-based intravenous therapies in a direct hire role based in Westerville, OH. This position offers an engaging leadership opportunity managing infusion pharmacy activities with a focus on sterile compounding, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Requires schedule flexibility and administrative on-call availability

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy functions, including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control
• Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling of pharmacists and technicians
• Ensure compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy regulations and USP <797/800> compounding standards
• Maintain clinical expertise in infusion therapies through collaboration with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes
• Contribute to branch budgeting, workflow improvements, and overall business strategy to enhance profitability

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Ohio
• 5-7 years of clinical and operations experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy settings
• Proven leadership skills with a strong background in training and orienting pharmacy staff
• Solid knowledge of IV admixture services and regulatory accreditation requirements
• Experience with CPR+ or CareTend pharmacy systems is highly preferred
• Prior infusion pharmacy experience is strongly preferred; specialty pharmacy experience considered
