This direct hire opportunity is for an Infusion Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations and clinical services in a home infusion pharmacy setting. The role requires a strategic leader who ensures safe administration of intravenous therapies, manages sterile compounding processes, supervises pharmacy personnel, and maintains regulatory compliance—all while driving branch profitability.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Schedule flexibility required with administrative on-call duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control
  • Lead recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and on-call scheduling for pharmacists and technicians
  • Ensure strict compliance with State Board of Pharmacy regulations and USP <797/800> compounding standards
  • Collaborate clinically with physicians and nursing staff to enhance patient outcomes in home-based intravenous therapies
  • Contribute to branch budgeting, optimize workflows, and implement performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
  • Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Ohio
  • 5 to 7 years of clinical and operational experience in a home infusion or acute care pharmacy environment
  • Strong expertise in IV admixture services and regulatory accreditation
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities managing pharmacy teams
  • Prior experience in infusion pharmacy is highly preferred; specialty pharmacy background considered
  • Experience with CPR+ or CareTend systems is a strong asset
