An exciting opportunity is available for an Interim Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 50-bed Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility in the Los Angeles area. This contract assignment offers a valuable leadership role in a dynamic healthcare setting, managing a dedicated pharmacy team.

Location:

• Whittier, CA (Los Angeles area)

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Day shifts

Assignment Details:

• Approximately 8 to 12 weeks
• Immediate start preferred
• Potential to transition to a permanent position

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
• Supervise and provide leadership to a team of 8 pharmacy staff members.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize pharmaceutical services.
• Maintain inventory control and oversee medication safety protocols.
• Ensure accurate medication dispensing and proper documentation.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Pharmacist license.
• Previous hospital supervisory or management experience preferred.
