Retail Supervising Pharmacy Manager | Williamsport, Pennsylvania

A retail pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead operations at their Williamsport, PA location in a full-time, direct hire role. This position offers a variable schedule with shifts ranging from 10 to 12 hours, typically between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a collaborative relationship with the store operations team and communicate pharmacy strategies to associates.
• Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations through Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance.
• Manage pharmacy operations to grow prescription volume and profitability, utilizing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Align department performance with key metrics and provide exceptional customer service including healthcare counseling.
• Supervise pharmacy staff, including training, coaching, and discipline.
• Maintain pharmacy security and cleanliness.
• Address customer questions and issues to build trust and loyalty.
• Interact with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions and resolve issues.
• Oversee inventory management including cycle counts and will-calls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.

Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts: typically 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 11-hour shifts: typically 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 12-hour shifts: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Variable Day/Afternoon shifts
• 69 hours bi-weekly
