A full-time Pharmacy Manager position is available in Williamsport, PA within a retail pharmacy setting. This permanent role focuses on leading pharmacy operations to ensure compliance, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a collaborative partnership with the store operations team to drive pharmacy associate engagement and align departmental goals with company strategies.
- Oversee prescription accuracy by performing Drug Utilization Reviews and Final Quality Assurance checks in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Manage pharmacy operations to support a profitable business model. Promote script growth through clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
- Coordinate inventory control by tracking weekly sales and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand.
- Align department performance with measurable key metrics related to effectiveness and efficiency.
- Deliver excellent customer service by resolving medical-related inquiries and providing healthcare counseling.
- Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff with responsibility for training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain pharmacy security standards and ensure the department remains organized and clean.
- Address customer complaints or concerns to maintain trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with physicians to verify prescription information and resolve issues.
- Prioritize and complete pharmacy tasks like cycle counts, inventory management, and customer will-calls in a timely manner.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
- Current Pennsylvania Immunization License

- Variable day and afternoon shifts
