A full-time Pharmacy Manager position is available at a retail pharmacy location in Mill Hall, PA. This direct hire role offers a variable schedule covering day and afternoon shifts, with a start date as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster collaboration with the store operations team to engage pharmacy associates and communicate company strategies.
  • Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance processes, adhering to federal and state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
  • Manage the pharmacy department to drive profitability and script growth by implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
  • Monitor and control inventory in coordination with the District Manager and pharmacy staff to meet customer demand while optimizing profits.
  • Align team performance with key department metrics and provide outstanding customer service through healthcare counseling.
  • Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff; oversee training, coaching, discipline, and daily management.
  • Maintain pharmacy security and address customer issues to build trust and loyalty.
  • Liaise with physicians and use reference materials for prescription verification and problem resolution.
  • Uphold pharmacy cleanliness and organization; prioritize tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and customer will-calls.
  • Continuously improve team development, reduce turnover, and manage labor costs effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
  • Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
  • Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.
