A retail Pharmacy Manager role is available for immediate hire in Mill Hall, PA. This position offers a full-time schedule with variable day and afternoon shifts, focusing on leadership, business growth, and customer service within the pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with store operations to align pharmacy goals with overall company strategy and drive associate engagement.
  • Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance with state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance.
  • Manage pharmacy operations to build a profitable business, including promoting clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
  • Monitor inventory and sales with pharmacy staff, ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet demand and maximize profits.
  • Supervise pharmacists, associates, and support staff, directing training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Maintain pharmacy security and uphold cleanliness and order in the department.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and foster strong customer trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with physicians and use reference materials to resolve prescription-related issues.
  • Prioritize and complete pharmacy tasks including cycle counts, inventory control, and managing will-calls.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
  • Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
  • Valid Pennsylvania Immunization License.
