Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a strong partnership with store operations, fostering associate engagement, and effectively communicating company strategies.
• Ensuring prescription accuracy and compliance through thorough Drug Utilization Reviews and Final Quality Assurance in line with state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Managing department profitability by promoting clinical programs such as immunization services and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Collaborating with the District Manager to monitor inventory, track sales, and optimize stock levels.
• Aligning team performance with key departmental metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Delivering outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries, and building customer loyalty.
• Supervising pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff, including training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintaining pharmacy security, cleanliness, and organization.
• Prioritizing departmental tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and customer will-calls to ensure operational excellence.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.
