An opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead operations at a retail pharmacy located in Williamsport, PA. This direct hire, full-time position offers a variable day/afternoon shift schedule and requires a leader capable of driving pharmacy performance and delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities include maintaining strong collaboration with store operations, engaging pharmacy staff, and communicating departmental and corporate strategies effectively. The Pharmacy Manager will ensure prescription accuracy and compliance with state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance checks.
