Pharmacist - New Lexington, Ohio

This opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist ready to contribute to a dynamic hospital pharmacy team in a supportive environment. The position involves working in a 25-bed facility with specialties in Emergency Department, Infusion, and Orthopedics. Responsibilities include managing medication order entry using the EPIC system, coordinating with healthcare teams across various specialty areas, and ensuring accurate dispensation of medications. The role also demands occasional on-call duties and some Saturday shifts, promoting flexibility and responsiveness in patient care.

Key qualifications and experience:

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year hospital pharmacy experience
• Proficiency with EPIC order entry system strongly preferred
• Ability to manage medication workflows in an acute care setting
• Comfortable working Monday through Friday with scheduled on-call and occasional Saturday shifts

Location:

• Logan, Ohio

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• On-call duties after some shifts
• Occasional Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
