A hospital pharmacy opportunity is available in Logan, OH, offering a 13-week+ contract with a schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 6 pm, plus on-call duties after some shifts and occasional Saturdays from 8 am to 4:30 pm. This role supports a licensed 25-bed facility specializing in emergency department (ED), infusion, and orthopedic services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and verify medication orders using the EPIC order entry system.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams in the ED, infusion, and orthopedic departments to ensure appropriate medication therapy.
• Provide on-call pharmacy support to address urgent clinical needs.
• Participate in accurate dispensing and distribution of medications.
• Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory pharmacy standards.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Ohio Pharmacist license.
• Minimum of one year of hospital pharmacy experience.
• Proficiency with EPIC order entry system highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations and medication management.
• Ability to work independently and respond promptly during on-call assignments.
