Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- No weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in clinical problem solving and support functions
- Process medication orders accurately and efficiently
- Participate in patient interaction and education as directed
- Utilize EPIC EMR system to manage clinical data
- Maintain sterile technique and prepare IV admixtures with precision
- Comply with all pharmacy policies and regulatory standards under pharmacist supervision
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current, unencumbered Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician License
- Minimum of 18 months’ experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Proven experience with pharmacy procedures, including IV admixture and sterile techniques
- Familiarity with clinical data assessment and problem-solving
- Computer literacy with keyboarding and calculator skills
- Successful completion of pre-employment and post-offer drug screening
