Pharmacy Technician in Anaheim, CA

This opportunity is for pharmacy technicians interested in contract roles within a closed-door mail order pharmacy specializing in long-term care (LTC). The facility is seeking motivated individuals ready to contribute to a reliable and stable pharmacy team, with potential for contract-to-permanent placement.

Location: Anaheim, CA
Job Type: Contract, with contract-to-perm possibilities
Shifts Needed:

• Data Entry Technician: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, rotating days off (Sun/Mon off one month, Wed/Thurs off the next, repeating)
• Data Entry Technician: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter pharmacy data into electronic records and systems
• Utilize various EMR systems and frameworks efficiently
• Assist with daily pharmacy operations in a long-term care focused environment
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy standards and protocols
• Support sterile compounding IV technicians as needed

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Pharmacy Technician license
• Previous experience in pharmacy technician roles preferred, especially in LTC or mail order settings
• Familiarity with multiple EMR systems and technology frameworks highly advantageous
• Willingness to work rotating weekends as the pharmacy operates on Saturdays and Sundays
• Dependability and commitment to long-term employment are essential
