A retail pharmacy technician opportunity is available in a health center setting, supporting a pharmacist and fellow technician. This 3-month contract position requires a licensed Kansas Pharmacy Technician ready to contribute to excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Andover, KS
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all standard pharmacy technician duties including data entry, medication filling, and dispensing
- Deliver exceptional patient service, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
- Collaborate effectively with pharmacists and team members to maintain a smooth workflow
- Utilize Rx30 pharmacy system proficiently for processing prescriptions and inventory management
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Kansas Pharmacy Technician license required
- Experience working in retail pharmacy settings preferred
- Familiarity with Rx30 or similar pharmacy software systems
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
