This direct hire opportunity seeks skilled healthcare professionals for multiple Registered Nurse roles across various specialties, including Med Surg, ICU, Cardiac PCU, and Telemetry. Location:

• Med Surg and Telemetry: Topeka, KS
• ICU and Cardiac PCU: Albuquerque, NM

Schedule:

• Med Surg, Topeka, KS: 6:45 pm to 7:15 am, variable nights, weekends, and holidays
• ICU and Cardiac PCU, Albuquerque, NM: 12-hour night shifts
• Charge RN Telemetry, Topeka, KS: 12-hour night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate safe, high-quality patient care for diverse populations under nurse management.
• Assess patient and family needs, revise care plans addressing biological and psychosocial factors.
• Delegate care appropriately to optimize patient outcomes and ensure adherence to nursing practice regulations.
• Charge Nurses oversee shift management, patient assignments, staff support, and serve as a liaison to nursing leadership.
• Participate in mentoring, performance reviews, and uphold compliance with healthcare policies.

Qualifications:

• Current Kansas RN licensure required.
• Associate’s degree in nursing minimum; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire; ACLS required for Tele, ICU, and PCU roles.
• Oncology certification required for post-surgery positions.
• At least one year of recent experience in a similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
