Pharmacy Technician in Antioch, TN

This direct hire opportunity seeks experienced Registered Nurses and Pharmacy Technicians to provide exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings. Multiple positions are available for Registered Nurses specializing in Medical-Surgical, ICU, Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Telemetry, and Pediatric ICU (PICU) roles. Location: Antioch, TN (Multiple positions also available in Topeka, KS and Albuquerque, NM)

Schedule:

• Medical-Surgical RN: 6:45 pm – 7:15 am, nights, variable weekends and holidays
• ICU, Cardiac PCU, and Telemetry RNs: 12-hour night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient and family needs while developing individualized care plans.
• Coordinate and deliver safe, high-quality nursing care consistent with professional standards and regulations.
• Provide leadership and clinical support in charge nurse roles where applicable.
• Delegate nursing tasks effectively to optimize patient outcomes.
• Comply with all state nursing practice acts and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the respective state (Kansas licensure required for KS roles).
• Associate’s degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• BLS certification required within 14 days of hire; ACLS certification required for ICU, Telemetry, and PCU roles.
• Oncology certification required for post-surgery nursing roles within first year.
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a similar acute care setting preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel) is a plus.
