Pharmacy Technician - Antioch, Tennessee

This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician to support a busy mail order renal specialty pharmacy handling approximately 1,000 prescriptions per day. The 13-week assignment offers the potential to transition into a permanent role, provided candidates hold PTCB certification for consideration.

Location: Antioch, TN
Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• ASAP start

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform customer service duties such as verifying shipping information, entering new patient details, and updating patient profiles using Wellsky pharmacy order entry software
• Accurately fill and dispense medications in a high-volume setting
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy procedures and safety standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB preferred for permanent placement consideration)
• Experience with mail order or specialty pharmacy preferred
• Proficiency in pharmacy software, specifically Wellsky, is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high prescription volume efficiently
• Excellent communication skills for customer service and teamwork
