A retail pharmacy is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Pharmacy Technician to contribute to the efficiency and success of their pharmacy team. This full-time opportunity involves directly supporting pharmacist operations and delivering excellent service to patients in a busy retail environment near Nashville, TN.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (some Saturdays required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in prescription processing and accurate filling
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to patients
- Manage prescription intake, including data entry and insurance verification
- Maintain organization and workflow efficiency throughout the pharmacy
- Support daily retail pharmacy tasks and contribute to a smooth operation
Desired Qualifications:
- Certified Pharmacy Technician credential strongly preferred
- Previous retail pharmacy experience required
- Familiarity with Liberty pharmacy software is a plus
- Dependable and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
