Join a dedicated retail pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Technician in the Antioch, TN area, supporting daily pharmacy operations with professionalism and care. Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (some Saturdays required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists by accurately processing and filling prescriptions
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Handle prescription intake, data entry, and insurance claims with attention to detail
- Maintain organized and efficient workflow within the pharmacy setting
- Support the overall daily operations of the retail pharmacy to ensure smooth service delivery
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Certified Pharmacy Technician certification is highly preferred
- Proven retail pharmacy experience is required to succeed in this role
- Familiarity with Liberty pharmacy software is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential
