Pharmacy Technician in Antioch, TN

Seeking two certified Pharmacy Technicians registered with the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy for a contract assignment in Antioch, TN. This role supports a mail order renal specialty pharmacy handling approximately 1,000 prescriptions daily, using the Wellsky order entry system with no automation. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service support by verifying shipping details, entering new patient information, and updating patient profiles in the pharmacy software system.
• Dispense and fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently in the dispensing role.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with pharmacy regulations throughout all tasks.

Qualifications or Desired Experience:

• Current registration with the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician.
• PTCB certification required for candidates interested in potential permanent placement.
• Experience with pharmacy software systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced mail order pharmacy environment.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 40 hours per week
