This full-time lead pharmacy technician position supports a specialty compounding pharmacy focused on weight loss and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. The role involves managing pharmacy operations, emphasizing administrative tasks, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to contribute to the pharmacy’s growth and efficiency.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
Location:
- DeBary, FL
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and assist with administrative duties
- Manage invoices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation
- Collaborate effectively with pharmacy staff and demonstrate professionalism
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- Support multitasking environments while staying motivated to help the pharmacy grow
- Continue developing knowledge and skills related to pharmacy practices
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current, clear, and active Florida pharmacy technician license
- Proven experience as a lead pharmacy technician
- Experience with compounding preferred but not required
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities
- Reliable with a commitment to professionalism and continuous learning
