Lead Pharmacy Technician – Direct Hire Opportunity
Location: DeBary, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours per week)

A specialty compounding pharmacy focused on Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy is seeking an experienced Lead Pharmacy Technician to help manage daily pharmacy operations and support growth initiatives. This full-time, direct hire position offers a dynamic role for a motivated pharmacy professional ready to take on leadership responsibilities in a specialized healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee administrative tasks including managing invoices and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of pharmacy operations
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals
• Maintain professionalism and reliability in managing work duties
• Multitask efficiently while supporting pharmacy workflows
• Exhibit willingness to learn and adapt in a growing pharmacy environment
• Lead and motivate the pharmacy team to contribute to business growth

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and clear Florida Pharmacy Technician license required
• Proven experience as a Lead Pharmacy Technician, demonstrating leadership capabilities
• Compounding pharmacy experience is preferred, particularly in specialty compounding, but not mandatory
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong commitment to professionalism and teamwork
