This opportunity is for an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician with a strong background in infusion who holds a Texas license and Sterile Compounding Certification. The role demands precision and expertise in preparing and mixing sterile products to support patient care in a dynamic pharmacy setting.

Location: Arlington, TX
Job Type: Contract to Hire

Work Schedule:

• Tuesday-Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-call rotation: 1 weekend every 8 weeks, beginning after the Saturday shift until Monday 8:00 AM

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid Texas Pharmacy Technician License
• Sterile Compounding Certification required
• PTCB certified
• Minimum of 2 years sterile compounding experience
• Prior infusion experience is essential

Responsibilities:

• Rotate between pharmacy prep duties and sterile compounding within a cleanroom environment
• Accurately prepare and mix sterile medications following strict protocols
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in sterile compounding
• Participate in the weekend on-call rotation, providing support as required
