Pharmacy Technician - Arroyo Grande, California

An opportunity is available for a skilled Pharmacy Technician to support an infusion center on California’s Central Coast. This role is part of an integrated health system and involves working closely with oncology patients. Duration:

• 13-week contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and mix chemotherapy and other infusion medications with precision and safety
• Support pharmacy operations within the infusion center, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with pharmacy and clinical staff to provide excellent patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate documentation and handle medication inventory efficiently

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active California Pharmacy Technician license required
• Proven experience with chemotherapy admixture, preferably in an oncology setting
• Availability to work full-time during standard weekday hours
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
• Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
