Join a retail pharmacy team in Ashburn, VA, seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a per diem role covering June 22 through July 11, 2026. This position requires hands-on experience with PioneerRx, a pharmacy management system critical for prescription processing and daily operations.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM to 1 PM
- Sunday: Closed
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and fill prescriptions using PioneerRx.
- Assist the Pharmacist with daily operational tasks.
- Perform some non-sterile compounding, with training provided from June 22 to 24.
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Prior experience with PioneerRx system is mandatory.
- Pharmacy Technician certification or relevant training preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.
- Willingness to learn non-sterile compounding procedures during initial training days.
Location: Ashburn, VA, serving the local community in Broadlands.
