Per Diem Pharmacy Technician | Ashburn, Virginia

This per diem Pharmacy Technician opportunity is based in Ashburn, VA, supporting a retail pharmacy serving the Broadlands community. The assignment runs from June 22 to July 11, with training provided from June 22 to 24. The role requires proficiency with the PioneerRx pharmacy system.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
• Saturday: 9 AM – 1 PM
• Sundays: Closed

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and fill prescriptions using PioneerRx software
• Assist the pharmacist with daily pharmacy operations
• Perform some non-sterile compounding duties; training will be provided during initial days

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Proven experience working as a Pharmacy Technician
• Strong working knowledge of PioneerRx system is mandatory
• Ability to operate efficiently in a retail pharmacy environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling prescriptions
• Willingness to learn compounding procedures
