Pharmacy Technicians with 2+ years of experience are invited to develop specialized skills in sterile IV compounding at a growing mail-order compounding pharmacy in Athens, Ohio. This temp-to-hire role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals motivated to expand their expertise and advance within the pharmacy field. No prior compounding experience is necessary—comprehensive training will be provided to help you master both non-sterile and sterile compounding techniques.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting pharmacists with prescription processing, data entry, and order fulfillment
• Learning and supporting sterile IV and non-sterile compounding through hands-on training
• Accurately filling, labeling, and packaging prescriptions for mail distribution
• Maintaining compliance with USP standards and all pharmacy regulations
• Supporting inventory management and keeping the workspace clean and organized
• Assisting with shipping coordination and overall workflow

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
• Open and close shifts available

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Active Pharmacy Technician license if required by your state
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn new skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• No previous compounding experience needed; full training provided
