Pharmacy Technician - Athens, Ohio

Location: Athens, Ohio

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
• Open and close shifts available

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists with prescription processing, data entry, and order fulfillment
• Develop proficiency in non-sterile and sterile compounding, including IV preparations, through hands-on training
• Accurately fill, label, and package prescriptions for mail distribution
• Maintain strict compliance with USP standards and pharmacy regulations
• Support inventory management and keep the workspace clean and well-organized
• Help coordinate shipping and workflow processes

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Active Pharmacy Technician license if required by state regulations
• No prior compounding experience necessary—training will be provided
• Meticulous attention to detail and eagerness to learn new skills
