A pharmacy technician position is available on a per diem basis at a retail and long-term care site in Auburn, WA. This opportunity involves supporting pharmacy operations under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, ensuring the accurate preparation and dispensing of prescription orders while providing excellent customer service to patients and clinic staff.
Location:
- Auburn, WA
- Riverbend Office Park Building, 4508 Auburn Way N a 104
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from March 16 to March 20, 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately fill prescription orders and prepare them for pharmacist verification
- Maintain excellent customer service practices with consumers and clinic personnel
- Order, receive, and properly store pharmacy supplies and medications
- Process medication orders from wholesalers efficiently
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Washington State Pharmacy Technician License
- Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings is preferred
- Ability to commit to a compliance process that includes drug screens and background checks before clearance to work
- Availability to work all scheduled dates without conflicting obligations or non-compete restrictions
