A retail pharmacy is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support its team in a suburban setting near Denver, CO. This contract opportunity is ideal for a licensed technician with retail experience who is dependable and able to manage a moderate prescription volume efficiently. The role focuses on supporting the pharmacist and ensuring smooth, accurate prescription processing.

Location: Suburb of Denver, CO

Schedule:

  • Tuesday to Thursday
  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter prescription data accurately into the system
  • Process prescriptions efficiently, supporting a volume of approximately 100 scripts daily
  • Provide general technical support to pharmacy staff
  • Collaborate closely with one pharmacist and one to two pharmacy technicians

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid state license as a pharmacy technician
  • Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred
  • Familiarity with PioneerRx pharmacy management system is a plus
  • Proven reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to manage workload independently while maintaining attention to detail
