Per Diem Pharmacy Technician in Aurora, IL

A healthcare facility in Chicago, IL is seeking a skilled Pharmacist for a per diem position with scheduled shifts throughout July 2026. This role focuses on the accurate distribution of medications, providing essential information to patients, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Counsel patients and healthcare staff on proper medication usage, side effects, and safety precautions.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and facility policies.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other team members to ensure seamless pharmacy operations.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service, addressing patient questions and concerns effectively.

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Pharmacist License is required.
