Pharmacy Tech | Battle Creek, Michigan

This position offers a hands-on role as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail environment with a focus on accuracy and efficient customer service. The schedule consists of Monday through Friday, 8.5-hour shifts, with rotating start times of 7:30 am, 8:00 am, 9:30 am, and 11:30 am. The site closes at 6 pm on Fridays. This opportunity is temp-to-hire, providing potential for long-term placement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Utilize Pioneer RX computer system to process prescriptions efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and answer patient questions
• Maintain compliance with Michigan pharmacy regulations and licensing requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan pharmacy technician license
• Previous pharmacy technician experience, preferably in a retail setting
• Familiarity with Pioneer RX system is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work rotating start times within the shift hours mentioned
