Per Diem Pharmacy Technician - Beaver Dam, Wisconsin

A per diem position is available for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support operations in an independent specialty retail and long-term care (LTC) pharmacy setting. This role provides an opportunity to leverage your pharmacy technician skills with a focus on patient care and medication accuracy.

Location: Beaver Dam, WI

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications under pharmacist supervision
• Assist with prescription order entry, verification, and billing processes
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering medication and insurance questions
• Support inventory management and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain smooth daily operations in both retail and LTC environments

Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin pharmacy technician license required
• Demonstrated pharmacy technician experience, with familiarity in retail and/or LTC preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment
