Per Diem Pharmacy Technician | Bellville, Texas

A retail pharmacy is seeking a dependable Part-Time Pharmacy Technician to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment in Bellville, TX. This role involves assisting pharmacists with prescription preparation, managing inventory, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth workflow to meet patient needs.

Schedule (Part-Time): Candidates may select the schedule that best suits their availability:

• Option 1: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, plus every other Saturday with full-time hours
• Option 2: Monday to Friday afternoons from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM, plus every other Saturday with full-time hours (With Saturday shifts, the technician may have the preceding Friday off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and order entry
• Provide courteous and professional customer service
• Manage inventory, restock medications, and organize the pharmacy
• Process insurance claims and resolve any rejections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and regulatory-compliant work area
• Support daily workflow to ensure efficient patient service

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy Technician license in Texas
• Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Flexibility to work scheduled Saturdays is required
