A pharmacy technician position is available at a retail and long-term care facility in Ammon, ID. This per diem role offers the opportunity to support healthcare providers by accurately distributing prescribed medications and assisting customers with medication-related information while delivering excellent customer service.
Location: Ammon, ID
Job Type: Per Diem
Schedule:
- Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (9 hours per day)
- Starting March 25, 2026, through April 24, 2026
Responsibilities:
- Accurately distribute medications as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare practitioners
- Provide clear, informative guidance to customers regarding medication usage
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to meet patient and facility needs
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Idaho Pharmacy Technician License
- Experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
