An opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Technician to support a specialized retail HIV/AIDS pharmacy located in Boulder City, NV. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care within a low-volume prescription environment, emphasizing accuracy and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and fill prescriptions with precision, maintaining a high standard of patient safety
  • Perform accurate data entry related to prescription orders
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality, contributing to a reliable pharmacy operation
  • Uphold a positive and professional attitude that enhances team dynamics and patient experience

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current Pharmacy Technician license for the state of Nevada
  • Experience in retail pharmacy settings, ideally with HIV/AIDS dispensing expertise—please specify if applicable
  • Familiarity with QS1 pharmacy software is highly preferred; please confirm experience with this system
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient care and effective communication skills

Schedule:

  • Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Full-time hours
