Pharmacy Technician - Boynton Beach, FL

Join a dynamic pharmacy team focused on sterile compounding and high-volume operations in Jupiter, FL. This contract opportunity is ideal for experienced IV Pharmacy Technicians eager to contribute to a cleanroom environment adhering to USP <797> and USP <800> standards. We are currently seeking two IV Pharmacy Technicians and one Lead IV Room Pharmacy Technician for day shifts.

Schedule:

• Day shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere strictly to cleanroom and compliance protocols, including USP <797> and USP <800> procedures
• Clean and sanitize ISO classified areas consistently
• Assist with environmental monitoring and maintain temperature logs
• Manage inventory with a keen eye on expiration dates
• Receive and organize supplies to support production needs
• Prepare materials for efficient production runs
• Support workflow efficiency and foster team communication
• Assist pharmacists and lead technicians as required

Required Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration or license as required by state regulations
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and cleanroom behavior
• Sterile compounding experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated reliability and meticulous attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hospital, infusion, or compounding pharmacies
• Familiarity with batch records or workflow management systems
• Background in handling inspections and maintaining compliance readiness
