Pharmacy Technician in Brentwood, TN

Located in Brentwood, TN, this direct hire opportunity offers roles for Pharmacy Technicians and Registered Nurses (RN) specializing in ICU, Med Surg, and PICU settings. Additionally, several permanent RN positions are open in Topeka, KS and Albuquerque, NM.

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure (Kansas licensure required for certain roles)
• Associate’s degree in nursing; Bachelor’s preferred
• BLS certification (must be obtained within 14 days of hire)
• ACLS certification for Telemetry, ICU, and PCU roles
• Oncology certification required for post-surgery nursing roles
• At least one year of recent experience in a comparable healthcare environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Locations & Schedules:

• Topeka, KS:
  • Med Surg RNs: Nights (6:45 pm - 7:15 am), variable weekends & holidays
  • Charge RN Telemetry: 12-hour night shifts
• Albuquerque, NM:
  • ICU RNs: 12-hour night shifts
  • Cardiac PCU RNs: 12-hour night shifts

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care under guidance of Nurse Director/Manager
• Assess patient and family needs, develop and revise patient care plans
• Delegate tasks appropriately to optimize patient outcomes
• Serve as Charge Nurse when applicable, managing staff and patient care quality
• Ensure compliance with nursing practice acts, policies, and procedures
• Provide clinical support, mentorship, and participate in performance reviews
