Location: Brentwood, TN
Position Type: Per Diem (with full-time contract-to-hire opportunity)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform non-sterile compounding of medications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards in compounding processes
• Collaborate closely with pharmacy staff to ensure exceptional patient care
• Support inventory management and documentation requirements as needed
• Work directly under the supervision and guidance of pharmacy leadership

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (required)
• Proven hands-on experience in non-sterile compounding (required)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a family-operated, team-oriented environment
