A reputable healthcare facility seeks motivated Pharmacy Technicians for evening shifts, supporting medication dispensing and inventory management in a fast-paced setting. This direct hire opportunity is open to trainees, state-licensed, and certified technicians committed to accuracy and efficiency.

Location: Brockton, MA
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
• Rotating weekends

Responsibilities:

• Prepare medications accurately in packaging such as blister packs and unit-dose for timely resident delivery
• Assist with medication ordering, receiving, and stocking; monitor storage conditions and expiration dates
• Maintain precise patient and medication records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Work efficiently within a high-volume pharmacy handling approximately 600 prescriptions daily
• Utilize Frameworks software system; training provided

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Clear and active Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license required
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification preferred but not required
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred; trainee licenses accepted
• Ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately under pressure

Compensation & Benefits:
