Pharmacy Technician in Brockton, MA

Pharmacy technicians are needed for evening shifts in a high-volume setting processing approximately 600 prescriptions daily. This direct hire opportunity offers a dynamic work environment where efficiency and accuracy are paramount.

Location: Brockton, MA
Shift:

• Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare medications in appropriate packaging such as blister packs and unit-dose for timely delivery to residents
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking medications, ensuring proper storage and monitoring of expiration dates
• Maintain accurate patient and medication records
• Utilize pharmacy software systems (training provided on Frameworks)

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license (clear and active) required
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification preferred but not mandatory
• Pharmacy experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment strongly preferred
• Open to trainees with relevant licensing and a commitment to learning and growing within the role
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain accuracy under pressure

Compensation:

• Trainee: $19/hour
• Licensed Pharmacy Technician: $22/hour
• Certified Pharmacy Technician: $25/hour
• Performance-based bonus incentives available
