Pharmacy Technician - Burbank, CA

A well-established oncology practice specializing in patient-centered cancer care is seeking a skilled Admixture Pharmacy Technician to join their outpatient oncology clinics across the San Fernando region. This contract role offers the opportunity to work with on-site pharmacies supporting leading hematologists and oncologists dedicated to innovative cancer treatment and compassionate patient support.

Location:

• Burbank, CA, with travel flexibility across Santa Clarita, Glendale, Northridge, and nearby clinics within the San Fernando region.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday through Thursday
• Day shift only

Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile admixture compounding in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Support pharmacy operations across multiple outpatient oncology clinics
• Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Ensure adherence to protocols for preparation and handling of chemotherapy and other oncologic agents
• Collaborate closely with clinical staff to meet patient-specific medication needs
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory and organizational guidelines
• Travel as needed to various clinic locations within the region

Desired Experience:

• Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician with an emphasis on sterile compounding
• Strong knowledge of oncology pharmacy protocols and safety standards
• Ability and willingness to travel to multiple clinic sites within the region
