A well-established 300-bed children’s hospital is seeking three skilled pharmacists to support its team in Pittsburgh, PA. This opportunity is ideal for pharmacists with hospital experience who are licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and are ready to make an immediate impact in a dynamic healthcare setting. Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Job Type: Contract (13 weeks+)
Schedule: Variable shifts

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders with precision and attention to detail
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure compliance with protocols
• Utilize pharmacokinetics to optimize patient treatment plans
• Consult regularly with physicians and nursing staff to support clinical decisions
• Navigate and document within the EPIC IT system effectively

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience or residency strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of pediatric pharmacotherapy is a plus
• Competence in EPIC or similar pharmacy information systems
