Pharmacy Technician in Carmel, IN

Support the efficient and accurate preparation and dispensing of medications in a fast-paced mail order and specialty pharmacy environment. This role focuses on maintaining high reliability and expertise to meet the demands of a high-volume setting. Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and prepare prescription orders according to pharmacy protocols.
• Manage high-volume medication fulfillment while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to support seamless shift transitions, starting on day shift and moving to a consistent 2nd shift schedule.
• Maintain accurate records, verify patient information, and adhere to confidentiality guidelines.
• Participate in workflow improvements to enhance pharmacy operations and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years recent or current pharmacy technician experience.
• Licensed as a pharmacy technician in Indiana.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume retail or mail order pharmacy setting.
• Strong reliability and commitment to consistent attendance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively Monday through Friday, with possible weekend shifts.

Shift and Location:

• Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM (2nd shift), starting on day shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) during transition.
• Located in Carmel, IN.
