Pharmacy Technician - Carmel, Indiana

The position begins with a day shift schedule, transitioning to a 2nd shift from 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm once the evening pharmacist schedule is established. • Carmel, IN

Schedule:

• M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm initially
• Transition to 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm, Monday-Friday, with possible weekends
• Contract duration: 26 weeks with intent for direct hire

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications in a mail order and specialty pharmacy environment
• Manage high-volume prescription processing efficiently and effectively
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Collaborate closely with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth workflow
• Maintain strict attention to detail and reliability throughout all tasks

Qualifications:

• Indiana Pharmacy Technician License (required)
• Minimum 2 years current or very recent pharmacy technician experience
