Pharmacy Technician - Castaic, California

A pharmacy technician position is available in the Santa Clarita area, specifically in a closed door/mail order pharmacy setting. This role offers an excellent opportunity for new graduates as well as candidates with retail pharmacy experience. The position involves critical responsibilities such as filling and preparing medications that will be sent directly to patients, ensuring accuracy and safety in every order.

Location: Santa Clarita, CA (Close to Valencia, CA)

Schedule/Hours:

• Approximately 3 days per week
• Shift options: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill medication orders for mail delivery
• Prepare prescriptions according to established protocols
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Pharmacy Technician certification or relevant experience
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in retail pharmacy is acceptable
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a closed door environment
