Per Diem Pharmacy Technician - Cedar Hill, TX

This per diem opportunity is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations in Waxahachie, TX. The role requires dispensing medications prescribed by healthcare providers and delivering excellent customer service to patients. Schedule:

• Friday, September 25, 2026: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)
• Monday, September 28, 2026: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)
• Tuesday, September 29, 2026: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8.5 hours) Total: 25.5 hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute medications prescribed by physicians and authorized health practitioners.
• Provide informative guidance to customers about their medications and proper usage.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Pharmacy Technician License.
• Retail and/or Long-Term Care pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare staff.
