Location:

  • Chandler, AZ (1680 E Northrop Blvd, Chandler, AZ 85286)

Schedule/Shift:

  • Full Time
  • 2nd shift: 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm (other shifts pending confirmation)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately prepare and compound non-sterile medications including capsules, oral liquids, topicals, nasal preparations, tablets, and treats
  • Label prescriptions and prepackage bulk medications with precision
  • Monitor inventory, reorder supplies, and manage expiration dates of chemicals and ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness through daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning protocols using appropriate disinfectants
  • Conduct environmental monitoring and validation testing per company policies
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, mathematical accuracy, and focus to meet or surpass prescription metrics
  • Support timely delivery of medications to pet owners and veterinarians

Qualifications:

  • Valid Arizona State Pharmacy Technician License required
  • Pharmacy technician experience mandatory; training provided for those interested in learning compounding techniques
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Contract position with potential to convert to permanent
