Seeking a skilled IV Pharmacy Technician to join a closed-door, long-term care facility on an evening shift in Woodridge, IL. This direct hire role offers the chance to contribute expertise in sterile compounding within a fast-paced environment serving approximately 600 prescriptions daily. The ideal candidate demonstrates reliability, strong attendance, and commitment to maintaining high standards of drug preparation safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare intravenous (IV) medications using aseptic techniques to ensure sterility
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on compounded medications
  • Manage inventory and supply levels accurately
  • Adhere strictly to USP 797 standards and regulatory compliance guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Active and clear Illinois Pharmacy Technician license required
  • Previous sterile compounding experience essential
  • Willingness to learn new software systems (Frameworks; training provided)
  • Dependable with excellent attendance record

Shift Details:

  • Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm
  • Rotating weekend schedule every other weekend
